Lakeside Villas Apartments

The Lakeside Villas Resort comprises 28 Apartments, made up as follows:

13 two-bedroom Villas (two-storey, sleep 7 for Owners, 6 for Exchange).

The two-bedroom Villa has a queen bed in the master bedroom and 3 single beds in the second bedroom. The main bedroom has television, an ensuite with a bath and shower over, and outside, a private balcony. There is also a separate bathroom with shower, which includes a fully automatic Laundry. There is a double pullout sofa in the lounge with television. The full kitchen has a stove, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. There is a guest bathroom and shower. The Villa has air-conditioning and a private courtyard with its own BBQ and spa.

3 Two-bedroom Apartments (ground floor) with the same occupancy as the Villas

The two-bedroom ground floor Apartment has a queen bed plus a single bed in the master Bedroom; television; two single beds in the second bedroom, and a double pullout Sofa in the Lounge also with television. The kitchen has a full stove, microwave oven and dishwasher. The Unit has air conditioning and is equipped with automatic washing machine and dryer. This Apartment has two separate bathrooms, each with shower, toilet and handbasin.

4 One-bedroom Apartments (ground floor), sleep 5 for Owners, 4 for Exchange

The one-bedroom Unit has a queen bed, plus 1 single bed in the master bedroom and a double pullout sofa in the Lounge. This Unit has air conditioning, a dishwasher, a full stove and microwave oven, and a separate bathroom. A fully automatic laundry is adjacent.

8 Studio Apartments, sleep 3 for Owners, 2 for Exchange

The studio unit has a queen bed, plus 1 single bed. The kitchen has air conditioning, a dishwasher, a full stove and microwave oven, the bathroom facilities are separate. A fully automatic laundry is adjacent.
