From time to time Owners at Lakeside Villas are unable
to occupy their unit/week entitlement for the year and
arrange, through the Resort Office, for suitable tenants
to rent.
It must be remembered that Lakeside Villas is a fine
timeshare resort and not a hotel or motel, in that rental
occupiers are required to adhere to the “House
Rules” and to the maximum occupancy allowed for
each Unit type.
Obviously availability at peak times such as school
holidays, Easter, Labour Weekend are always in high
demand by Owners and it is not always possible to obtain
rental accommodation at these times. Advance bookings
are essential and payment must be made at the time of
booking.
Typical charges for a weekly stay, that is check-in
Friday by 6:00pm- check-out Friday by 9.30am are:
