that is 999 years. You have the choice of
using the Apartment yourself, renting it, or allowing
friends or family to use. For a ONCE
ONLY PAYMENT , you can purchase a week (or multiples
thereof) in this fine resort as follows:
FIXED TIME:
Covering the Christmas, January holiday period. A Purchaser
selects and buys a specific Unit and week. He
is then required to use this exact Unit and Week each
year at the Resort; it also may be used for Exchange.
FLOATING TIME:
A Purchaser buying time other than Fixed Time has
the advantage of purchasing an annual holiday within
and including Week 5 to Week 51 each year. School holidays
and peak times such as Easter and Labour Weekend are
always in high demand and a ballot is held to determine
occupancy 32 weeks or 8 months ahead of the date required.
You can request any week so long as it falls within
the floating time band. You may also request any Unit
number of the type you have purchased.
You have the opportunity of choosing the Apartment
type that best suits you or your family’s needs. We

you to registered rights to as many weeks as you may
wish to purchase. You receive a standard
real estate title which you may sell, mortgage, transfer
or gift; in effect this is a one/fifty first
share in Unit Plan DPS36074.
The Lakeside Villas is also associated with several
Exchange networks of the finest private resorts in the
South Pacific and throughout the World.
